 Yes. A consultation and medical assessment are required before all treatments to confirm suitability and ensure safety. 

 Appointments can be booked online via our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We do not accept walk-ins. 

 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations outside of this period may result in loss of deposit or full treatment charge. 

 Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, depending on availability. The full treatment fee may still apply.
